Liliane Ballout
Liliane Ballout is her name but everyone calls her Lily for short. Liliane is an international student from Liberia, West Africa, and currently attends the Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. She is majoring in Communications, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2021. Liliane has two older brothers and she happens to be the third child and only girl in the family. Liliane believes in time, change, and life-setting goals. Standing up for what she believes is crucial to her as an individual. She is proud to represent her beloved country Liberia in the Miss Africa Idaho program, she feels honored to participate and is enjoying the Miss Africa Idaho experience.

Joetta Julugbeh
Joetta was born to Peter Karr and Rachel Julugbeh in Liberia but was raised in Ivory Coast due to circumstances,she resettled to the U.S. with her single mother and siblings at the age of ten. Joetta, lost her father at the age of 1. She is passionate about teaching and children. Her hobbies are volunteering for various community service programs and choreographing dances for her community based dance group in the Treasure Valley. Joetta believes that change begins with us. She is passionate and hopes to be the change she wants to see in others.
